2023 Holiday Market Information & Application

Both Days are 10am – 4 pm, located inside the White Hart Inn, Salisbury, CT

FEES:
ONE DAY: $75
BOTH DAYS: $150

The booth size will be approximately 6’deep x 8′ wide.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATION:

-Artisans must be present throughout the show, no packing up early

-Artisans items and packing materials need to be confined to the boundaries of their booths.

-You are responsible for your own liability insurance. If you need a single event potential provider:  -Artist and Craft Show Liability Insurance | ACT Insurance: Annual & event insurance for artists, crafters, & tradesmen.  Short-term policy starting at $49 for art shows, craft fairs, & one day events. www.actinsurance.com

-If you are accepted to participate in the event you will be asked to sign an Indemnification Agreement. This releases Salisbury Handmade and the White Hart from lawsuits filed by third parties, from any and all liability to/for all loss, damage, or injury to any individual or property resulting from Vendors participation in the Salisbury Handmade Fall Market

 COVID GUIDELINES:

 ·  Observe safe social distancing between fellow vendors and attendees. The new phase we are entering into that no longer requires masks, is on the honor system so we as a market will continue to require everyone to maintain distance for vendors and customers safety. Vendors are still responsible for making and managing the line at their booth.

·  Individual retailers must not allow sampling or application of personal goods (makeup, perfume, lotion) unless they provide single-use applicators or have a no-touch option.
